Who Wouldn’t Love Reading?? 780 broad lit smiles! Stick finger puppets, masks, stories and storytelling, memory games, books, picture puzzles, art, craft, colours, theatre, movie appreciation, tongue twisters, gallery walk and so much more happened at the Reading Carnival in Lonavala and Mahan where the teachers and volunteers of I ! Love Reading! Campaign along with Essar brought such Joy to Reading.
For a Good Cause! Katha introduced Yuva Police Panchayat, a committee of representatives of slum dwellers and selected police team jointly responsible for policing in a particular slum not only for criminal cases but also for effective functioning of the local bodies.
Inspired? Volunteerto train our YUVA as KaSWI plans to replicate this pioneering model in other slum communities as well.
