Working with BPNI, I am trying my best to get millets into complementary foods for children. Satheeshji had also given me a few recipes, but somehow, we have not managed to get a second edition out. Now, I am hoping to get out an Asian version of local complementary foods from about 17 countries and I hope your group will be able to contribute more millet recipes. I am hoping particularly for recipes that can counter the arguments for packaged peanut paste as food for the severely malnourished, therefore high energy high protein recipes with millet. Can you please help?
